You own a surface end to end
One person holds a surface — the control surface, the promotion chain, the desktop app — from the design through the on-call. Nobody hands you a spec and takes the pager back.
You ship behind a rollback
We release into production rather than freezing before it, because the chain is reversible and the log says who moved what. A demo is not done. Done is promoted, permissioned, and rollback-able.
Curiosity that survives production
We ship with these models every day, so we know exactly where they break. The people who like that half of the job — the failure modes as much as the demos — do well here.
You answer the questionnaire you helped write
Engineers here take the security questions from real reviewers and write the answers themselves. It is the fastest way to find out whether a claim is true.
Two things at once: boring systems and new machines.
Titles matter less to us than the two things a person has to like at once: infrastructure that stays up, and the strange new machines that write and reason. Most people prefer one. We are looking for the overlap.
We do not list benefits, locations, or a headcount here because none of it is confirmed for publication. When it is, it goes on this page before it goes anywhere else.
- People who like unglamorous systems that do not fall over — queues, permissions, migrations, the audit trail — and who have opinions about them.
- People who have used LLMs to ship something real, know where they fail, and still want to work with them every day.
- People who read the auth model before the demo, and would rather show a working thing than describe one.
- People who write short declaratives, cut the adjective, and put a number with a source where it stood.
